Volunteering & Internship

The Anne Frank Center hosts volunteers throughout the year. Special opportunities are available in the areas of education, research, development, exhibits, and marketing. Holocaust survivors and children of survivors are invited to share their experiences during our educational programs Monday through Friday. For more information you can read this PDF document that explains how to become a speaker at the Anne Frank Center or contact Maureen McNeil at mmcneil(at)annefrank.com or 212-431-7993 ext. 302.

The internship program at The Anne Frank Center, USA brings together students from all over the world. The interns share a common desire: to keep the memory of Anne Frank alive and to pass down her legacy through the generations. They have the passion and drive to fulfill the diarist’s wish, to assure that she will “go on living after her death.”

Projects available for interns include exhibitions, educational programming, teaching, community outreach, research and other opportunities.

If you are interested in applying for an internship, or volunteering at The Anne Frank Center USA, please email your résumé and a letter describing your interests, background, and the dates you are available to intern, to Maureen McNeil, Director of Education at mmcneil@annefrank.com. You may also mail your resume and letter to this address if you would prefer to mail them instead of sending them via email:
